’LOST ACTION is an all-encompassing dance piece that explores how imaginary spaces and logic evolves in the dark.

 

Through an associative and immediate stream one event unfolds out of another, though form in a constant state of vanishing or maybe rather a continuous of becoming.

Two dances creates and deconstruct their environment. It’s warm, it’s folding, it’s deceptive, its tilting, it’s in and out and hesitant.

LOST ACTION is dealing with the notion of absence.

It’s a kind of sensorial and tactile searching, listening after a person, a notion of someone, the ghosts and experiences that unfolds from within and about what happens when the non- present becomes present.

It stretches through the pauses and the waiting and moves between the subtle to the ecstatic.

Lost Action is the first production working with the new practice of implementing principles from Feldenkrais into my choreographic practice.
